Whereas some shops are known for working with a specific brand, A.R.C. (Alife Rivington Club) has had successful collaborations with a variety of brands. One of the most successful was when they linked up with Nike on the classic Dunk High. A.R.C. x adidas Stan Smith

Commemorating 60 years of business, adidas decided to go big in 2009. This included a special project named the 3Way Project. This special collection of sneakers brought together 12 of the best sneaker retailers that have supported the brand and allowed them to create their own versions of 5 iconic three-striped silhouettes. Each retailer was given just a minimal amount of direction and most importantly, a lot of freedom, in order to create some symmetry between the sneakers. A.R.C. x New Balance 1300 Collection

In 2009 premium New York boutique A.R.C., aka Alife Rivington Club, teamed up with New Balance for the first time. This being the first collab between the two is somewhat of a surprise because A.R.C. has been a supporter and retailer for the brand for quite some time. However, the resulting sneakers were worth the wait. Set to release in conjunction with the opening of the new A.R.C. store in Manhattan, the sneakers sold through very quickly for their smooth palette and premium build. Continue reading
